MGA Mascot Concept

Concept design for MagicalGirlAlliance where I'm an admin.

We held a survey with what traits people wanted her to have, and this is what they said:
Hair Length: 3 (on a scale of 1 to 10, with 1 being really short and 10 being really long) 
Hair Style: Twin Tails
Outfit Style: Sweet Lolita
Outfit Theme: Stars
Weapon: Staff
Dominant Color: Pink

I had way too much fun with her. And of course once I started coloring her I got all kinds of idea for story. BUT THAT WILL ONLY BE IF NEEDED!! And since none of the other admin have names for theirs currently I'm removing a name here.
